  • 1 cups boiled rice


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 nos shimla mirch,chopped


  • 1/2 cups boiled corn


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 cups red chilly sauce


  • 1/2 tsp mix herbs


  • 1 cups bread crumbs

Directions

  • First take suji in a bowl add milk
  • and rest for five min
  • Take boiled rice in a bowl and
  • crust it
  • Add Shimla Mirch onion
  • coriander leaves boiled corn salt
  • chilly sauce and mix it well
  • Now add suji mixture and bread
  • crumbs and mix it well and make
  • a soft dough
  • Now take plastic paper on plain
  • surface add little bit maida and
  • spread dough nut mixture on the top
  • Press it lightly and make a round
  • shape
  • Cut the small circle from the
  • center of the circle
  • Hear oil in a pan deep fry all the
  • dough nuts till become golden
  • Let it be cool for some time
  • Spread mayonnaise on the top
  • sprinkle red chilly flakes and mix
  • herbs
