First take suji in a bowl add milk
and rest for five min
Take boiled rice in a bowl and
crust it
Add Shimla Mirch onion
coriander leaves boiled corn salt
chilly sauce and mix it well
Now add suji mixture and bread
crumbs and mix it well and make
a soft dough
Now take plastic paper on plain
surface add little bit maida and
spread dough nut mixture on the top
Press it lightly and make a round
shape
Cut the small circle from the
center of the circle
Hear oil in a pan deep fry all the
dough nuts till become golden
Let it be cool for some time
Spread mayonnaise on the top
sprinkle red chilly flakes and mix
herbs
